About us

A Bangladeshi manufacturer buyers can verify

Ruah Export is an apparel manufacturer and exporter headquartered in Dhaka. We make ethnic wear and everyday fashion for retailers and wholesalers, and we publish our capability openly so buyers can validate us before the first sample.

Our work environment

Bright floors, trained hands, clear standards

Our units are purpose-built: daylight-led sewing floors, ergonomic workstations, marked walkways, and supervisors trained in quality and grievance handling. Line efficiency is reviewed hourly, and every operator knows the AQL standard their work is measured against.

Buyers and their auditors are welcome for announced or unannounced visits. We share line photographs, capacity charts and audit reports on request.

What we stand on

Four commitments behind every shipment

Responsible production

ETP-treated wash water, rooftop solar on two units and a 22% reduction in water use per piece since 2021.

Vertical capability

Fabric sourcing, embroidery, cutting, sewing, washing, finishing and export documentation handled in-house.

Export & logistics

From our floor to your warehouse, documented at every step

We ship FOB, CIF and DDP to buyers in more than 20 countries. Every consignment leaves with a complete document set — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and GSP/EUR.1 where applicable — so customs clearance is smooth on arrival.

Sea & air freight

Consolidated containers from Chattogram and Dhaka, plus air freight for urgent samples and small lots.

Container loading

In-house carton marking, palletisation and pre-shipment inspection before sealing.

Trade documentation

LC, TT and open-account terms supported with bank-compliant paperwork.
